DOOR organised two Multiplier events, gathering all relevant stakeholders in the field of Energy, in Zagreb. The first Croatian multiplier event was held on the 17th of October, in FER (Fakultet elektrotehnike i računarstva of the University of Zagreb), and the second Croatian multiplier event, was held on the 30th of October at the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education.

An extremely fruitful discussion on new policies and mechanisms for tackling Energy Poverty was held today in Sofia, alongside the launch of the IDEA Innovative Educational Platform! Representatives from institutions, energy agencies, non-governmental organizations, and energy consultants concluded that comprehensive and targeted measures are needed, as well as organizing working groups and collaborating between all responsible parties to tackle the problem. Specific measures have been proposed, including improving energy education in order to change habits and understand citizens' energy consumption.
University Of Cyprus has disseminated IDEA Project at the European Researchers' Night in Cyprus on the 27th of October. They had their booth where the introductory video and the 3D Game of IDEA, in two different screens, were displayed. The game was available to visitors of the fair to play, and many children of all ages showed interest and played the game. They were very enthusiastic about locating and resolving energy issues and discussing with each other what the problems were for example if the TV was on with nobody watching.
